Raleigh, is growing at a fast pace, a lot of families and young people move to our city because we have a very good quality of life. Now I believe that now it's the time for our city to get an amusement/theme park like Carowinds or Six Flags. There are several locations where the park could be built, I would suggest near triangle town center, south of downtown near I-40, on the east side close to I-540. I would like to see this become a reality in the near future.

Victor, I completely understand your thoughts on the need to emphasize more spectacle-driven entertainment and family-centric engagement, but I don't think this kind of effort would do but so much to benefit the city and reinforce the core.

1) it would be placed OUTSIDE city boundaries, thus not drive any further engagement with the incredibly rich and ever burgeoning culture of downtown raleigh
2) it would further congest major highway systems, that are reaching peak traffic thresholds, or at least exceeding that of a comfortable drive during rush hours
3) further promote sprawled developments
4) unfairly benefit those with access to vehicles and put a further strain on an already financially strapped public transport system that needs as much support as it can get from as densely populated an area as possible.

YES! I have said Raleigh needs a theme park for years! but we don't need a six flags or Cedar Fair park. We need a high quality theme park that will be a real destination!

I read your article in detail and I also appreciate with you that it is the toughs’ thing. In my childhood age my father also sold our old house and it is very miserable condition but essay writing service reviews help me to find out useful material. The service that you introduce here is very good, when I need I also contact with this team.
